All notarial fees follow the Texas Government Code statutory schedule. A separate travel fee applies based on distance — estimate it on the mileage page.
Acknowledgments & Signatures
Most common service — deeds, affidavits, powers of attorney, releases.

Signing Agent Fees
The fees associated with real estate closings and loan signings are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Texas notary fees.

Consultation & Payment Process
- Complete a required free consultation using the consultation link, text, phone, or email.
- After we approve the appointment, we will send a private booking link.
- Pay the $10 booking fee to confirm the appointment. This fee covers one initial signature.
- Pay mileage and all additional service fees after services are completed.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand plans change. Cancel 4 or more hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund of your $10 booking fee. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. For no-shows, up to 20% of the booking fee may be refunded, with the remainder covering reserved appointment time.
