All notarial fees follow the Texas Government Code statutory schedule. A separate travel fee applies based on distance — estimate it on the mileage page.
Acknowledgments & Signatures
Most common service — deeds, affidavits, powers of attorney, releases.

Signing Agent Fees
The fees associated with real estate closings and loan signings are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Texas notary fees.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand plans change. Cancellations or no-shows with 2 hours or less notice will be charged a $35 cancellation/no-show fee. This fee applies to all paid appointments, including notarial services, signing agent appointments, and mortgage field inspections.
Travel Fees (in addition to notarial fees)
- 0 – 10 miles from our base: $15
- 11 – 20 miles: $25
- 21+ miles: $35+
